Karoline Rosskopf was born in 1911 in Austria (time of death unknown) and left only a small oeuvre of depictions of cephalophods and cat people behind. With a clear stroke, the largely unknown illustrator created simple-looking illustrations of great charisma. These are so impressive and independent that her works can be found in the Collection de l’Art Brut, Switzerland, the Lentos Art Museum, Austria, and in the Hannah Rieger Collection, Austria.
