SHIPPING
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10-14 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Carrier
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. We ship to all markets in which we sell.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing for international orders.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit.
Insurance
Shipping insurance is not included by default. If you would like your order insured, please contact us at office@galeriegugging.com before checkout to arrange this.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by FedEx or local customs authority upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a FedEx tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking information within 14 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at office@galeriegugging.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at office@galeriegugging.com with photos of the damage and packaging. As noted in our Returns policy, we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items and issue a full refund or replacement.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with FedEx to locate it or arrange a resolution.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving their order.
If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date you receive the last item in the order.
How to Cancel or Return an Order
Before your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at office@galeriegugging.com.
Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return it. To do so, please contact us at office@galeriegugging.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original standard shipping cost you paid, if any.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or of you providing proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, galerie gugging will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at office@galeriegugging.com with photos of the damage before sending the item back.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received, including original packaging where possible. This helps us ensure the safe return of artwork.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with EU consumer law. For example, custom framing
